Expectations & Program Guidelines

To maintain the integrity and impact of our program, The Bae Hive operates with clear expectations:

Participation & Engagement
Sessions include both in-person and virtual experiences. Consistent attendance ensures mentees receive the full benefit of the program.Commitment to Growth
This is an intentional mentorship program. Both mentees and parents are expected to actively participate in the journey.

Respect for the Learning Space
To protect the integrity of workshops and experiences, behind-the-scenes photography or video is not permitted unless approved.Membership Investment
Program membership helps sustain the mentorship, resources, and experiences provided to participants.

About Bae Hart

As a Southern-born Black photographer, activist, and educator, my work is rooted in intentional storytelling, representation, and empowerment. My lens captures more than images—it captures identity, culture, and the resilience of communities whose stories deserve to be seen and heard.My photography has been featured in museums, national publications, news outlets, and large-scale public displays, helping elevate underrepresented narratives and challenge cultural stereotypes.Beyond photography, I have dedicated my work to youth empowerment through mentorship and education. I am the founder of The Bae Hive and The Club of Harts, programs designed to equip young people with the life skills, confidence, and community support needed to thrive.My work blends creative expression, social-emotional learning, and real-world life training, creating opportunities for young people to grow into confident leaders and thoughtful citizens.
